Woodgarlic on Wenlock Edge by Louise.
This is part of Wenlock Edge, going up the path towards Ippikins rock. Woodgarlic flowers here just before the Bluebells and usually both can be seen together for a short time. They cover the woodland floor and add to the beauty of spring. The canopy isn’t heavy at this time in the season and I have tried to capture light flooding in through the trees.
This artwork is painted in Daler-Rowney ancrylics and protected with two coats of artist’s quality varnish. It is corded at the back and ready to hang.
